These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rentals and services provided by TK Party Rentals LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. 1. Reservations & Payments - A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid before delivery or setup. - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods. - Reservations are confirmed only once payment is received. 2. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may qualify for a refund (minus deposit). - Cancellations within 7 days may result in forfeiture of deposit. - Weather-related cancellations will be handled at our discretion. Rescheduling is encouraged. 3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup - Customer must provide accurate delivery details and ensure clear access for equipment setup. - An adult (18+) must be present at the event location during delivery and pickup. - Additional fees may apply for stairs, obstacles, or long distances from parking to setup area. 4. Customer Responsibilities - Customer must ensure proper supervision of all rented equipment, especially bounce houses and inflatables. - Equipment should not be moved, altered, or relocated after setup. - Customer must follow all safety guidelines provided by TK Party Rentals LLC staff. 5. Equipment Care & Liability - Customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse. - Do not allow food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, or animals inside or near inflatables. - Customer assumes full responsibility for injuries or accidents that occur during use of rented equipment. 6. Weather Policy - Inflatables cannot be used in high winds, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions. - TK Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather. 7. Indemnification Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TK Party Rentals LLC, its owners, and staff from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses related to the use of rented equipment or services. 8. Termination of Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if the Customer violates these Terms. 9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted and effective as of the date shown above. 10. At TK Party Rentals LLC, we strive to provide excellent service and well-maintained rental equipment for your special events. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and issues with our rentals and services. 1. Reservation Deposits - A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. - Deposits are applied toward the final balance of your order. - If you cancel, your deposit is not refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future event (at our discretion). 2. Cancellations & Refunds - 7+ Days Before Event: Orders canceled more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a refund, less the deposit. - Within 7 Days of Event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds. - Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be provided if you cancel on the day of the scheduled event. 3. Weather Policy - Safety comes first. Inflatables and certain equipment cannot be used in high winds, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions. - If weather prevents safe setup or use, TK Party Rentals LLC may cancel or reschedule at no penalty. - Refunds for weather cancellations are handled case-by-case; credits for rescheduling are encouraged. 4. Equipment Issues - If equipment is defective or unusable due to our error, we will work quickly to repair, replace, or issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. - If damage or misuse occurs due to the customer, no refund will be issued, and additional charges may apply. 5. Refund Processing - Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. - Credits for future rentals may be issued instead of cash refunds when appropriate. 6. Non-Refundable Items - Delivery/setup fees once services have been performed. - Event add-ons such as decorations, balloon artistry, or custom orders once fulfilled. - Any rental items used for part of the event cannot be refunded. 7.
